May 24th - September | Paramount Summer Classic Film Series | The Paramount Theatre

Immerse yourself in the timeless charm of flashing marquee lights, buttery popcorn, and a colossal screen—the quintessential movie palace experience awaits at the 49th Annual Paramount Summer Classic Film Series, presented by CapMetro.

May 30th - June 2nd | ATX Television Festival | Downtown

The ATX Festival stands as the pioneer event dedicated to the past and future of television. Operating akin to a traditional film festival, it showcases premieres of upcoming series, beloved classics, and cult favorites. Moreover, the festival provides exclusive access to industry trailblazers through engaging Q&A sessions and panels, spotlighting advancements in production techniques and content distribution.

June 11th & 12th | Blues on the Green | Zilker Park

This is a free summer concert series held in Zilker Park in Austin. It features local and national blues musicians and is a great way to enjoy music outdoors.

June 15th | Central Texas Juneteenth 2K, Parade & Celebration  | Historic East Austin and Rosewood Park

Juneteenth, recognized as "Freedom Day" or "Emancipation Day," holds the distinction of being the oldest African American celebration marking the abolition of slavery. Each year, festivities include a vibrant parade showcasing floats and entertainment, followed by a joyful celebration featuring local vendors and culinary delights at Rosewood Park.

June 16th | 19th Fest | Waterloo Park

Come together at 19th Fest to honor Juneteenth with a day brimming with food, culture, and community. This festival will offer a range of activities for all ages, including kid-friendly entertainment, live music, retail vendors, and much more.

June 29th - 30th | Sips & Sounds Summer Festival | Circuit of the Americas

The annual Sips & Sounds music festival, hosted by Coca-Cola, presents national headlining artists performing across two days and multiple stages. Immerse yourself in stellar live music, indulge in premium listening experiences, and savor offerings from a variety of local food and drink vendors.

June 30th + July 2 | Copa AmericaTournament Matches | Q2

In 2024, Austin will host two matches at Q2 Stadium as part of one of the longest-running and most esteemed international soccer tournaments. On June 30th, Venezuela will face off against Jamaica, with Paraguay battling the winner of the Concacaf playoff on July 2nd.

July 4th | Hill Country Galleria Independence Day Celebration | Hill Country Galleria

Experience a day filled with shopping, live music, mouthwatering barbecue, spectacular fireworks, and endless fun for the entire family, furry friends included! (we can either do this or their weekly saturday night concert series).

July 4th | Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic | Q2 Stadium

Established in 1972 under the guidance of Willie Nelson himself, this Fourth of July extravaganza showcases phenomenal live music performances and a breathtaking fireworks display.

July 12th - August 17th | Zilker Summer Musical | Zilker Hillside Theater

Grab a picnic basket and join us for the complimentary annual musical at the Zilker Hillside Theater. The outdoor theater group presents live shows every Thursday through Sunday, starting at approximately 8:15 p.m.

August 10th | Austin Pride Parade & Festival | Fiesta Gardens 

Don't miss the giant parade down Congress Avenue during Austin Pride Month each August, part of the largest annual LGBTQI advocacy and fundraising event in Central Texas.

August 23th-25th | PBR Team Series - Gambler Days | Moody Center

Experience the thrill of an action-packed team bull riding competition, showcasing some of the world's best bull riders alongside the local Austin Gamblers.
