As a sponsor, you'll receive details about the child's name, age, clothing size, and their wishes. Sign up here to sponsor a youth.

The organization is also accepting Christmas trees, ornaments, and decor to help spruce up the homes of survivors for the holiday.

Give a Texas child entering the foster care system a fresh start by sponsoring Hope Packs – a backpack full of goodies sent with children on their first day in foster care. Partnering with toy sponsors, diaper banks, pajama programs and sponsors across the city.
Mobile Loaves and Fishes
Mobile Loaves and Fishes is a huge organization that provides food and other basic necessities to the homeless population in Austin. They also created the Community First! Village of Lights that offers affordable housing and a sustainable community for people coming out of homelessness. Check out their volunteer opportunities here.

Central Texas
Meals on Wheels Central Texas delivers hot, nutritious meals to the elderly, disabled, and homebound in the Greater Austin area. Aside from their signature meal-delivery program, they offer additional "And More" services.

Helping Hand Home is the oldest residential childcare agency in Travis County and has acted as a safe haven for healing children since 2001. Today, they offer various programs such as treatment and adoption initiatives to provide a helping hand to those in need.

Texas Advocacy Project
The Texas Advocacy Project is committed to empowering abuse survivors across Texas. Volunteers will assist in gift wrapping and packaging of gifts for delivery at the Texas Advocacy Project office in Austin, TX.

Central Texas Food Bank
Open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Central Texas Food Bank is one of the most well-known nonprofits in Central Texas. You can work in the community kitchen, a mobile food pantry, or the garden during the week or the weekend. Check out their volunteer opportunities here.
he Salvation Army Angel Tree Program
Since 1979, The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program has helped to fulfill the Christmas wishes and needs of children up to 12 years old throughout Central Texas. Donors can “adopt” each of these Angels and fill an Angel Tree bag with new gifts chosen for each child.
Coats for Kids
The Junior League of Austin
The 38th annual Coats for Kids distribution will be from December 2 to December 11, 2024
Every year, The Junior League of Austin collaborates with Jack Brown Cleaners, 98.1 KVET, and KVUE to collect and distribution warm coats for eligible children and teenagers in the region. To find more information visit the website here.
Toys for Tots
Marine Corps Reserve
Toys for Tots Austin will be collecting new, unwrapped toys during November and December, and distribute them as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in Travis and surrounding counties. Their goal is to deliver a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.

Operation Blue Santa
Austin Police Operation
The Operation Blue Santa program, sponsored by police departments in and around Austin, is dedicated to supplying toys and food to families in need during the holiday season. Brown Santa
Travis County Sheriff’s

The Travis County Sheriff's Brown Santa program, which takes its name from the iconic brown uniforms of the sheriff's office. Established as a community-based operation to help children and families in the Travis County area. Canned goods and non-perishable items for food boxes, as well as toys, are welcomed year-round. Brown Santa also accepts monetary donations.
Green Santa
Lake Travis Labor of Love
Applications must be received by December 1, 2024.
Starting in October, LT Lov accepts toy donations accross the Lake Travis area to deliver to families in need during the holiday season. Monetary donations are also accepted year round to support this program.
