Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic

Created in 1972 by Willie himself, this iconic Independence Day celebration features incredible live music acts and a fireworks show. This year’s musical guests include Willie Nelson & Family, Tyler Childers, Dwight Yoakam, Shakey Graves, and more.

Make your way to Vic Mathias Shores (formerly Auditorium Shores) this July 4th for an extraordinary event that includes a breathtaking fireworks display illuminating the city skyline, accompanied by symphonic patriotic classics.
The Austin Symphony Orchestra, with the support of its generous sponsors, has meticulously planned, produced, and will perform this event. Festivities kick off at 8 p.m. with a Master of Ceremonies welcoming esteemed guests, followed by a concert at 8:30 p.m. Prepare to be captivated by the magnificent "mile-high" fireworks. Best of all, this event is free and open to the public, ensuring everyone can partake in the festivities.

Immerse yourself in a shopping extravaganza with over 60+ art vendors lining the streets of Hill Country Galleria. Don't forget to arrive early to explore the delightful resident boutiques and merchants who proudly call Hill Country Galleria their home.
